1. Summary

30-day, no-questions-asked refund. Cancel your subscription within 30 days of the original charge and receive a full refund, regardless of how much you used the Service.

Billing is processed by Lemonsqueezy (our Merchant of Record). Refunds return to your original payment card / method.

2. How to request a refund

2.1 Lemonsqueezy self-service (recommended)

Use the receipt email link or sign in to the Lemonsqueezy customer portal and click Request Refund. Processed instantly in most cases.

2.2 Email

Email pajamasi726@gmail.comwith the subject “Refund request” and include:

  • Account email
  • Lemonsqueezy order number (from your receipt)
  • Reason (optional)

We respond within 2 business days and process within 3 additional business days.

3. Refund timing

  • Card-bank reflection: 3-7 business days (varies by card issuer)
  • Korean cards: typically 5-10 business days
  • VAT is refunded together with the principal automatically

4. Partial / non-refundable cases

  • More than 30 days since the original charge: not refundable (cancel future renewals via the customer portal)
  • Account terminated due to ToS violation: not refundable
  • Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid charges.

5. Visa / Mastercard / Amex

Refunds for international cards (Visa / Mastercard / Amex) are credited directly back by Lemonsqueezy to the issuing card.

6. Disputes

Korean consumers may use the Korean Consumer Agency mediation procedures under Article 33 of the E-Commerce Act and Article 57 of the Framework Act on Consumers.
